| MACHINERY PRESENTATION |
|

|
All of our machines are constructed with a view to maximum durability, safety and reliability, with the finest mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components available on the market.
The PLC control is standard equipment on all our models, to ensure exceptional and constant production speeds, while ensuring fast and easy man/machinery interface.
All the machinery complies with the Machinery Directive 89/392 EEC and subsequent amendments. |

| Rotary
table machines |
|

|
Rotary table machines from 2 to 12 stations are certainly the most productive and flexible for all types of processing. These machines may also be controlled by manipulators and robots that considerably increase production. The table may use mechanical with sinusoidal movement handling.
The press may use pneumatic or hydraulic controls.
HF power from 3 to 40 kW.
Work surface from 200x200mm to 800x1200mm.
Rated power of the press 800 to 4,000 kg.

| Table
machines |
|
 |
Machines with single, double or overlapping tables are the next step in manual machines. The tables increase production and facilitate the work of preparing the material to process. These machines are also designed to handle very large formats and can be controlled by manipulators and robots.
The tables may use manual or automatic controls.
The press may use pneumatic or hydraulic controls.
HF powers from 3 to 100 kW.
Work surface from 500x700mm to 1250x2500mm.
Rated power of the press 800 to 40,000 kg.

| Manual
machines |
|

 |
Manual machines are the simplest and most economical, usually used in small-scale productions or in specific manufacturing processes. These machines consist of a C press in pneumatic electro-welded steel with a HF generator integrated into the structure.
HF powers from 3 to 40 kW.
Work surface from 300x400mm to 800x1200mm.
Rated power of the press 500 to 4,000 kg.

|
| Automatic
lines |
|

 |
Machines installed in a line are ideal for very large productions starting with the material on reels. These systems normally consist of a HF welding machine and a system for transporting the materials to process. These machines may also be controlled by manipulators, robots and accessories for stamping, boring, cutting, etc.
HF powers from 3 to 100 kW.
Operating width from 200 to 1600 mm.
Rated power of the press 800 to 40,000 kg.

Welder-Cutter machines |
|

|
WELDER-CUTTER machines are used in manufacturing items that necessitate the welded article to be sheared from the scrap.
First, these units execute the high frequency welding and then shear through one or more layers of PVZ without additional operating phases, with or without support and weldable materials.
They are usually constructed with closed configuration presses and front or side control tables (usually for formats larger than 500 x 600 mm); or with rotary table welding machines with a hydraulic cutting station.
In this typology, the mechanics are true masterpieces, representing an optimal demonstration of the construction capabilities of BUZZI Srl.
HF powers from 3 to 60 kW.
Work surface from 200x200mm to 1000x1500mm.
Rated power of the press up to 300,000 kg.
