Description
Shear-Weld Welding Machines are used for the production of articles where mechanical cutting is required to separate the welded article from the scrap.
They first carry out high-frequency welding and then shearing, without further work steps, of one or more layers of PVC, with or without support, and of heat-sealable materials. They are usually built with closed-configuration presses and front or side servo tables (usually for formats larger than 500 x 600 mm); or with rotary table welding machines with hydraulic cutting station.
The hydraulic system is chosen taking into account the softness and strength required to perform the most particular processes with a system with very low noise and energy impact.
There is a digitally programmable heating system for the worktables and a cooling system.
All the machines are built with robustness, safety and reliability in mind, with the best mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components on the market. PLC management is standard on all models to guarantee a high and constant production speed, ensuring an easy and fast man/machine interface. All machines are in compliance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42CEE, 2004/180CE, 2006/95CE and with the DIgs 81/2008.
